Fire

My vehicle was parked in the driveway with a car cover over it and it caught on fire. The fire appeared to have started by the driver side headlight area and quickly ignited and burnt the whole front end of the car. The fire department showed up to put the fire out and they did not see any foul play. Surveillance camera shows the car catching on fire on it own without anyone near it. The last time it was driven it was a week ago. No after market parts in the car either, it’s all stock with very…

2023 GMC YUKON XL

Filed Jun 11, 2026

My wife and I were traveling to Denver CO to pick up my son and grandson from the airport. The engine started to make a very exaggerated rattle. We found a dealership near our motel where we took the vehicle to and were told not to drive home that the engine needed to be replaced. We had to arrange our own transportation for both us and the vehicle 8 hrs back to our home in Rapid City, SD where our local dealership replaced the engine. The vehicle had approximately 65,000 miles when this…

2016 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN

Filed Jun 11, 2026

As I was driving 75 mph down the highway my collision alert flashed all my lights turned off, including my headlights and all interior lights as it was dark time and they flashed back on a couple of times until they finally stayed on. I pulled over and as I came to zero, speed, the vehicle completely shut down. It did start back up, but this is not the first time I get a light on my dash that says stability track and then everything resets and I don’t have any lights on at all after that this…

2026 HONDA PILOT

Filed Jun 11, 2026

The second and third row seats do not recognize when passengers are exiting the vehicle. All second and third row seats cause the seat belt warning to go off multiple times even when there are not passengers in the vehicle. Car in park does not mitigate this problem.

Filed Jun 11, 2026

Four days after I took delivery of this used vehicle (April 25, 2026), multiple warning lights appeared at once: BRAKE, ABS, PARK, Check Engine, Blind Spot Monitor Unavailable, and RCTA OFF. An independent Toyota dealership diagnosed the vehicle April 27-28, 2026 (approx. 109,000 miles) and found (1) water leaking into the rear hybrid battery area through a sunroof drain installed incorrectly, causing a Brake System Control Module low-voltage code, starting issues, a headlight only partially…

This complaint is in regards to Safety Recall 272 Component Failure and Vehicle Disabling / SOS System Failure On [XXX], at approximately [XXX] PM, I was driving my Genesis vehicle during rush hour when I heard a loud popping sound.
