Driving down the highway at 60mph, dash started blinking for trailer brake service needed. Was not trailering anything. Within 3 seconds I had smoke filling the cab, pulled over and got out. Within 3min truck was fully engulfed totally gone. God forbid I was alone but even at that I did not have time to get many things out and keep imagining what a different day I’d be looking at if there were kids with me.

The paint on this vehicle is horrible. Now I am upside down in the vehicle and unable to get anything close to what is owed. No one affiliated with GM/Chevy will take any responsibility

While flat towing my pickup truck behind my motorhome, on interstate 94 eastbound, in Minnesota I noticed smoke on my screen in the motorhome back facing camera. I safety pulled over to a truck rest area in Avon Minnesota. I went to investigate and realized that the pickup truck had flames coming from underneath the hood.
