My steering completely locked up after driving for 2 mins. I could have crashed and killed myself or someone else. I had my truck towed to dealership lewis chrysler in fayetteville, arkansas 72704. They said i need to replace my REPLACE ELECTRONIC POWER STEERING MODULE and will cost $5000. Vehicle was in a heavy front collision and the airbags did not deploy.

I was attempting to turn around in my driveway when the steering locked up and I could not control the steering. If I had been driving on the road instead of in my driveway I could have crashed into something or someone, potentially causing severe injury or death to myself or others. ABS module has failed and causes traction control and cruise control not to work. Ram says the part is unavailable. The vehicle is unsafe to operate like this.

Nexen Roadian HTX RH5 LT235/80R17E 120R/117/R At approximately 70 mph, I experienced a severe vibration in the steering wheel. Shortly thereafter, the tread separated from the carcass sending pieces of rubber flying. I was able to pull onto the shoulder and change the tire. These are the OEM tires with about 25000 miles. They have never been under or overinflated and I was not hauling or towing anything.

2014 Ram 1500 Fuel tank strap frame brackets corroded causing fuel tank to fall unsupported. 2009-2012 Ram pickup trucks were recalled (Recall U04 / NHTSA 18V-160) for this exact safety problem. Why isn't the 2014 Ram pickup covered under this recall?
