Cancellations and Returns

Subscription cancellations

Some Repair Surge subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. To cancel a recurring subscription, simply contact us with a cancellation request. You'll be able to use the product until the end of the current term, after which the subscription will end and you won't be billed again.

For subscriptions based on a one-time payment, no cancellation is required. Your subscription will automatically end after the subscription period has expired. You can choose to subscribe again, but there won't be any automatic renewals.

Return requests

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Please contact us and let us know the issue:

• The manual doesn't contain the information you need

• A software bug or other issue renders the product unusable

• The wrong vehicle was selected when ordering

• Another reason

We'll do everything possible to resolve the issue, and issue a refund or exchange if necessary.
