2022 GMC SIERRA 1500
Filed Aug 5, 2026
Top Grill/Hood trim piece - it is separate from the main Grill. It detached and flew off at interstate speed. Thank God it missed several cars behind me. The passenger side corner came loose and before I could safely make my way off the interstate the piece ripped all the way across and flew over the top of the truck. May have gone 30 feet in the air prior to landing on the asphalt between the two lanes.

2026 GMC SIERRA 1500

I am submitting this complaint to report what I believe is a serious safety-related defect involving the General Motors 6.2L L87 V8 engine installed in my 2026 GMC Sierra Denali. On July 10, 2026, while driving on a public highway near Bogata, Texas, the engine suddenly began making severe mechanical noises before catastrophically failing without warning. The engine seized completely while the vehicle was in motion. At the time of failure, the truck had only 13,517 miles. The sudden loss of…

Hello so I notice 3 weeks ago my headlights keep cutting off and on then a week later my radio stopped working, The floor of the driver side is always wet after it rains. I noticed one day the rain started dripping on my feet when I drive after a big rain fall, I believe the car is not sealed properly and now water is coming out from the airbag signs in my vehicle and the car starting to smell like mildew. I think water is sitting in certain parts of my vehicle. I'm not sure what to do.
2024 GMC SIERRA 1500
Filed Aug 5, 2026
Ever since I bought this truck new, I noticed a lot of metal shavings and debris in the oil filter every single time I changed the oil. I took it to the dealership multiple times to have this looked into before the engine recall came out. The dealership took pictures of the metal and sent them to a General Motors engineer, but the engineer just told them it was normal. Later on, the truck went in for the official recall inspection, passed the PICO test, and nothing was fixed. Then on August 4,…

The left rear internal top-hat parking brake shoes suffered a total manufacturing bonding failure, causing the friction lining to completely delaminate and detach from the metal backing plates inside the rotor hub. This triggered Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) C060B (Left Park Brake Actuator Circuit). The failed components were replaced by the servicing facility and are unavailable, but the official dealer diagnostic scan sheet and itemized repair invoice are preserved and available for…

2020 GMC TERRAIN
Filed Aug 5, 2026
Because of the intentional failure of GMC and there promise of “We are Professional Grade”, I almost got plowed down by a semi when the car began to quit on the highway going 60. After pulling into the next driveway, which happened to be a Parker’s Kitchen, and ending up on the curb spot, thanking God I wasn’t dead, I sat there for a moment wondering what just happened. As I went to restart the car, it wasn’t having any of it. 40,000 miles, not professional grade GMC, circus grade. Towed it to…

My grill deflector suddenly flew off, hit my windshield a flew into a semi hauling oil field equipment. We both pulled over and found no significant damage to his truck. I have a two inch scratch on my windshield and possibly lite hood scratching. Dealership required me to pay $390.73 but said I would be reimbursed for my losses. It never happened. Now I’m fighting with GM to get some resolution. This could be deadly for a motorcycle rider for sure. Hundreds of people reporting same issue on 22…
