2019 MINI COUNTRYMAN

Filed Aug 13, 2026

My car is a 2019 Mini Countryman All4 S. It currently has 17,000 miles. I bought it new, and it has only been serviced by the Dealer. On July 20, it was in for an oil change, and they informed me that right engine mount was starting to tear and needed to be replaced. The price quoted was $1,135.83. I have owned many cars with a lot more age and mileage, and have never had to replace an engine mount. They said if I did not replace it, it would eventually damage other parts of the engine. After…

2015 MINI COOPER

Filed Aug 13, 2026

Anytime the wipers are on and the speed is above 50 mph, this car periodically applies the brakes to keep the rotors dry. It's an automated system that BMW's and Mini's have. However, for some reason, the vehicle now pulls hard to the right, which veers the car into the other lane. The brake pads and rotors are all new. The tires are new and the alignment is good. The brake fluid was just changed and bled. There is literally nothing wrong except for this bizarre system which is now only…

2013 MINI PACEMAN

Filed Aug 11, 2026

In September 2025, the manufacturer issued a component specific extended limited warranty(MINI ELW FRM 15Y/186M)acknowledging the Footwell Module (FRM) may fail after a 12-volt battery disconnect or power supply interruption. My vehicle was identified by VIN as affected. Beginning in 2021, my vehicle experienced recurring electrical failures consistent with FRM failure: three battery replacements (2021, May 2024, December 2024), alternator failure (May 2024), windows failing to operate, erratic…

2011 MINI COOPER

Filed Aug 10, 2026

I am filing this complaint against Keeler MINI in Latham, NY, and MINI USA regarding their refusal to provide a working recall remedy or alternative transportation under federal NHTSA Safety Recall 23V-337 (Footwell Control Module Moisture Intrusion). My 2011 MINI Cooper suffered an active, total failure of the Footwell Control Module—the precise component identified in Recall 23V-337. The module short-circuited, creating a constant parasitic power drain that disables the battery and renders…

The contact owns a 2009 Mini Cooper. The contact stated that while driving approximately 65 MPH at night, the exterior lights started flickering and started to become inoperable. 2014 MINI COUNTRYMAN

Filed Jul 22, 2026

On or around 6/20/26, I went to drive my 2014 mini countryman. When I got inside, I quickly realized that there was mold growing throughout the vehicle, on the carpet, and in the trunk. The vehicle started, but I was unable to use the drivers side window. I sent the vehicle in for service and was informed that a massive leak after a storm had clogged the drain tubes to the moon roof allowing water to leak into the driver side floor. The water damaged the electrical box which caused the window…

2026 MINI COOPER CONVERTIBLE

Filed Jul 14, 2026

I purchased a 2026 Mini Cooper S Convertible in October of 2025. In the following 8 months I replaced 4 tires. Two due to blow-outs from potholes, a third went flat the morning after hitting a bump leaving a parking space due. The 4 incident was related to a bubble which formed on the sidewall of the tire. As the vehicle has no spar tire, three of the indicants required being towed to the dealership or the tire store. After nine months I replaced the vehicle. This vehicle is nether safe nor…
