2021 DODGE CHALLENGER

Filed Jul 16, 2026

While operating my vehicle at road speed the electric steering rack failed. This rendered the steering inoperative. It was impossible to steer the vehicle. Not only is this situation extremely dangerous and deadly, there was no advanced warning. I received no prompts or warning lights before the incident happened. I researched and found that certain 2021 Dodge Challengers were involved in a warning system recall. My specific vehicle was not included in the recall. This is what Dodge and the…

2018 DODGE JOURNEY

Filed Jul 15, 2026

Back up camera works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. The screen is either black with a orange camera with a orange line going through it or it works and the picture of blinking then goes black

2015 DODGE DART

Filed Jul 15, 2026

Key cannot be removed from the ignition. Issues with putting car into park and wont shift into park causing danger to others around me and myself. Issues starting up because of this shift cable issue because car thinks its not in park. It was looked at by dealership service department at Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Oak Lawn. There is still one outstanding recall that I was told Does not have a solution yet it has been recalled since October of last year (2025) A0C/NHTSA…

2018 DODGE JOURNEY

Filed Jul 15, 2026

The rearview backup camera intermittently fails to display an image when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. The camera occasionally works, but most of the time the screen is blank or the image does not appear. I understand that similar 2018 Dodge Journey vehicles were recalled for this exact defect, but my VIN was excluded even though it exhibits the same symptoms. This creates a significant safety hazard because the vehicle does not consistently comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety…

2026 DODGE DURANGO

Filed Jul 14, 2026

The contact owns a 2026 Dodge Durango. While driving at an undisclosed speed in a rainstorm, the front window windshield wipers failed to wipe the windshield. The windshield wipers were replaced, and the vehicle was repaired. Additionally, the instrument panel failed to display an accurate fuel level. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who informed the contact that the failure was caused by an inoperable hood latch and electrical wiring that was damaged. The hood latch wiring was…

2024 DODGE CHARGER EV

Filed Jul 14, 2026

Recall claim was submitted for recall #44C and while dealer submitted claim the issue was never fixed. Car is still completely silent driving <18mph through neighborhoods. EV Took car to another dealer and they will not fix because a claim was already filed even though issue was never fixed.

2016 DODGE DART

Filed Jul 14, 2026

The transmission shifter cable failed. It completely stopped working so therefore i was unable to drive my vehicle any longer. I have been without a vehicle for five days now. My safety was put at risk because i could have been working in the field and the shifter completely stopped working on me as i was in traffic with vehicles behind me. The recall has been confirmed and the diagnostics report has been completed by the Chrysler dealership. There was no signs of the shift gear going out as i…

2008 DODGE NITRO

Filed Jul 14, 2026

An intermittent electrical failure is affecting multiple vehicle systems. The vehicle has unexpectedly stalled while driving on the interstate, leaving it without power in moving traffic. It has also experienced repeated no-start conditions, transmission entering limp mode, the engine continuing to run after the key was removed, and random operation of the horn, windshield wipers, washer pumps, and other electrical components while driving and while parked. These failures occur without warning…
