At approximately 3:40 pm central standard time I was going through a school zone fixing to turn into the school. I was going about 15 mph and decelerating to a stop near the cop conducting school traffic. As I was coming a stop my AHR headrest deployed. This happened very spontaneously and luckily I was going slow enough and coming to a stop when it happened. Definitely a safety concern.

Driver side DRL went out at 50k miles.

The driver side headlight is malfunctioning causing the daytime running light to not work.

First Complain is that I was driving my 2018 Dodge Journey SE 2.4L across the interstate in [XXX]. My friend was sitting in the Passenger's seat when all of a sudden a loud popping noise happened and the airbag in the headrest popped out and almost hit my friend in the head. The second issue is that the headlight assemblies that was replaced under a recall in 2022-2023 due to a reflective issue. Well the the recall assemblies are now collecting moisture bad and are blowing my headlight bulbs.…

My vehicle is 5 years old with 54,000 miles on its and my driver's side headlight has failed. The headlamps are LED and in order to repair them, the entire housing needs a replacement, not just a bulb. My headlights need to be operational in order to drive safely at night. I have an appointment with the dealership to confirm the issue. There were not any warnings or failure symptoms.

Dodge Durangos have a known issue with the rear taillights going out for no reason also the headlights and turn signals. This is a safety issue that isn’t easily remedied.

Half my taillight went out randomly, causing only half of it to work at night.

There was no power to my Dodge hornet, and I needed to open the rear lift gate. The only way to do that, was to pull the emergency trunk release handle. When I went to look for the handle by the liftgate, I found that there was no handle. I took the rear tailgate panel off, and found that not only was the handle not present, but the entire cable assembly was missing. My vehicle has never been in an accident, and this panel had never been removed before.

I am submitting this complaint regarding an ongoing headlight/turn signal failure on my 2021 Dodge Durango involving the factory LED turn signals that are sealed/encased within the headlight assemblies. The driver-side front LED turn signal failed first, and now the passenger-side front LED turn signal has also failed. Because these LED turn signals are integrated into the sealed headlight assemblies, this is not a simple situation where a standard turn signal bulb can be replaced. The failure…

The electrical will randomly glitch out on start and will not populate properly in the dash and tablet. Error messages will get stuck in sequence and necessitate bringing the vehicle into a dealership to reset everything. It’s very scary to drive when you car is telling you your power steering is off, your airbags are off, check transmission, check engine all at the same time.
