2021 JEEP WRANGLER

Filed Jun 23, 2026

Summary of Issue: The vehicle exhibited a repeatable dangerous steering oscillation after encountering road irregularities at speed. This occurred multiple times and is consistent with the known Wrangler “death wobble” condition for which a class action settlement exists on prior MY vehicles. Context: The wobble occurred several times during 2025, always on the highway. The violent oscillation (which seemed harmonic in nature) occurred when driving 65-70mph after running on a bumpy stretch of…

2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE

Filed Jun 23, 2026

I was caught driving in a hailstorm when hail impacted and broke the panoramic sunroof of my vehicle. I understand that hail can break automotive glass and that the sunroof is constructed from safety glass. My concern is not that the glass broke, but how it shattered. When the sunroof failed, it fragmented into extremely fine particles and powdered glass. The glass was so fine that it became embedded in the vehicle's seats and interior surfaces. It was in my hair and clothing. Fortunately, the…

Filed Jun 23, 2026

Vehicle overheated and came to a sudden stop on a busy intersection, with my five young children in the car. Faulty thermostat.

I’ve had issues with the blind spot sensors. After driving a mile or two on open road, the warning pops up saying “Blind Spot sensors unavailable” then the lights on the mirror stay on. This was happening a few months ago so the right sensor was replaced. Now it’s happening again. In a vehicle that is two years old this shouldn’t be an issue.

2022 JEEP WRANGLER

My 2022 Jeep Wrangler is subject to NHTSA Recall 26V363000 involving power steering wiring that may overheat and cause a vehicle fire. I was advised of the safety risk and informed that repair parts are not expected to be available until approximately August 2026. Due to the risk of fire, I do not feel safe keeping this vehicle at my home or parked near my residence until the recall repair is completed. The dealership has advised that no repair is currently available. I am requesting…

2021 JEEP WRANGLER

Filed Jun 23, 2026

The 3.5-inch instrument panel cluster (IPC) in my Jeep has completely failed and gone blank. This is the exact safety defect described in NHTSA Campaign Number 24V652 (FCA Recall 30B). Because the screen is completely blank, I am entirely unable to see critical safety information while driving, including my speedometer, fuel gauge, and warning lights, which significantly increases the risk of a crash. Despite my vehicle experiencing the exact internal short circuit defect outlined in the…

2022 JEEP WRANGLER

Filed Jun 23, 2026

Violent front-end oscillation at 65 mph after hitting a bump, resulting in temporary loss of vehicle control. Happened y times. All at legal highway speeds. I had to bring the shuddering vehicle across multiple lanes of traffic to pull over and stop the vehicle to stop the violent shuddering. Vehicle is stock.

2014 JEEP CHEROKEE

Filed Jun 23, 2026

I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that i have had since 2019. Since I have owned it, there have been several transmission recalls. I am currently dealing with a new transmission issue, where it is jerky and fails to go when pressing the gas after being at a stop. I am also dealing with the second oil filter housing leaking. Apparently this is a known issue, due to a plastic housing that cracks and warps easily. This causes significant oil and coolant leaks. This can potentially cause engine failure…

2016 JEEP COMPASS

Filed Jun 23, 2026

Brake caliphers went bad 2 days after I purchased, now a heavy humming sound that I literally feel vibration in my seat, loud weird noise when making sharp turns, turning the wheel while in park grinding noise, loud rumbling when air conditioner is on, jerking forward when press on gas. This car is horrible

2020 JEEP CHEROKEE

Filed Jun 23, 2026

Sometimes when I am driving and stop, the automatic engine does not turn back on. This has caused my car to stop and need to be restarted in the middle of the road and the amount of times this happens has been increasing.
