2012 FORD FUSION

Filed Aug 5, 2026

I am submitting this formal complaint against Ford Motor Company and its authorized dealership network for falsely reporting a safety recall repair as resolved while applying an unauthorized, temporary workaround that left the primary safety defect active. In 2023, I brought my vehicle to an authorized Ford dealership to perform mandatory safety recall service regarding the Electric Power Assist Steering (EPAS) failure. The dealership subsequently updated Ford’s central database (OASIS) to show…

2026 RAM 3500

Filed Aug 5, 2026

Started with only 320 miles just days after purchasing this new 2026 RAM 3500 on XXX. I have taken the truck to three differ RAM dealerships as this issue continues to occur. [XXX]; [XXX]; and [XXX] Westside all had attempted to fix the issue. I had to return the truck a number of times to [XXX] and [XXX] for the same reasons. The following warmings messages are displayed: FCW/Cruise Control Unavailable Service Required - occurs when using cruise control, Service Electronic Stability Control,…

2017 HONDA CR-V

Filed Aug 5, 2026

I purchased this 2017 Honda CRV Touring edition in February 2026. A couple months after that, I was driving slowly (but slightly faster than usual) in the large parking lot of a local grocery story. The grocery store has movable speed bumps placed in the parking lot. As I was approaching one of the speed bumps, the car suddenly slammed on the brakes. To the best of my recollection, I do not believe I was given a warning first. When this happened, I of course felt a jolt. I was worried…

2026 KIA SPORTAGE

Filed Aug 5, 2026

Occurred on 8/3/2026: 1. I parked my car in my driveway 2. My car is sitting in the driver door storage area and my phone with digital key is sitting on the front passenger seat. 3. Vehicle is turned off; I exit the vehicle and close the door. 4. My toddler is the back seat (not on the driver side), so i start to walk over to take her out. 5. In the meantime, the car locks itself. 6. I walk back to driver door and it is locked as well. This was serious and immediate issue as the ambient…

2024 DODGE DURANGO

Filed Aug 5, 2026

I tell the dealership mechanics that this car does not turn on and they keep giving me the car back and now the car completely turns off while driving making this extremely dangerous and deadly situation. My fear is something happening to me or my kids while I’m driving. I also took it back to the mechanic and told them the situation but they refused to dig deeper and told me to pick up the vehicle that there’s nothing they can do

2021 FORD BRONCO

Filed Aug 5, 2026

There is multiple anti lock braking faults that pop up while driving and then go away the next time the vehicle is used. Brake fluid, pads, rotors and calipers all seem to spec and are working at the moment, but major concerns with the software or possible release and reengagement of the emergency brake.

2020 ACURA TLX

Filed Aug 5, 2026

- The engine system failed and it is available for inspection -While driving on the highway at normal traffic speed, my vehicle suddenly developed a loud knocking noise and the check engine light lit up. Within moments, the engine lost power and became inoperable, leaving me unable to continue driving while being 300 miles away from home. This incident occurred at about 5-6AM, having to maneuver through traffic before the sunrise. This created a serious safety risk because surrounding vehicles…

2019 HONDA ODYSSEY

Filed Aug 5, 2026

We have Multipurpose Camera Failure. No damage or accidents. It just started failing. There are many reports of this and the camera is on back order with Honda. They are charging $2100 to fix it. The official Honda Odyssey Forum online has countless complaints on the same issue without resolution by Honda. Honda has acted in bad-faith towards their customers since this defect impacts the vehicle's advanced safety features for which buyers incur additional expenses, endangering the lives of…

2025 HONDA ODYSSEY

Filed Aug 5, 2026

After driving for awhile, stopped in a store for a minute and came out and my van barely started. Made my next stop a minute down the road, and when I came out the car wouldnt turn over. Let it sit for a minute and still heard the start click once and nothing. Let it sit for 10 15 mins then tried to start it and it worked. Had battery and alternator tested at Auto Parts store and both ok. After reading some forums and researching, I see that it is an overdraw from the auto start feature. I also…
