2014 LINCOLN MKS

Filed Aug 4, 2026

The FCIM failed in the 98 degree heat. No warnings or indication that it failed other than the fans just started blowing full blast and full heat on a hot summer day. This alone distracted me and pulled my attention from the road as I started to feel sick with how hot it was getting and was frantically trying to turn the temperature down on the screen to no avail, because when the FCIM goes out you lose all control of the heat or ac and literally cannot shut off the heat. I then pulled over…

2024 LINCOLN NAUTILUS

Filed Aug 4, 2026

On August 4 2026, I drove my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus home for lunch. Upon leaving my house to head back to my office, and without realizing it, I left the vehicle's key fob inside my house, approximately 30 feet from where the vehicle was parked. I was able to gain entrance to my locked vehicle and I was able to start my vehicle and drive all the way back to my office. It was not until I turned my car off, closed the door and searched my pocket for my key fob to lock the vehicle that I realized I…

When I first submitted the VIN# just one hour ago, it responded with 2 open recalls, now it is responding with only one! The one that magically dropped was a major safety issue , a possibility of a cracked fuel injector , which of course could start a fire at any time ! Why did it suddenly disappear?!

2018 LINCOLN MKC

Filed Aug 3, 2026

I am experiencing a coolant-intrusion problem with my 2018 Lincoln MKC, equipped with a 2.0L EcoBoost engine. The vehicle has only 63,900 miles. •The check-engine light repeatedly came on and went off over a two-week period. •A Lincoln dealer performed a diagnostic evaluation and identified the same problem reported in other Ford and Lincoln vehicles with this engine. •An independent automotive service provider confirmed the diagnosis and advised me that Ford had issued a service bulletin…
