2021 HONDA ODYSSEY

COMPONENT/SYSTEM: The infotainment/audio head unit and instrument display, which communicate over the vehicle's MOST (Media Oriented Systems Transport) fiber-optic network via FAKRA connectors. The vehicle is available for inspection on request. FAILURE: While driving, the center display and Carplay screen spontaneously reboot and show Network Communication Lost. During these events I intermittently lose the rearview backup camera and other display functions and navigation as well as…

2024 HONDA CR-V

Filed Jul 16, 2026

At 112,000 miles, the engine in my 2024 Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid (2.0L Atkinson-cycle engine) suffered a catastrophic head gasket failure, causing severe coolant intrusion into the cylinders. All scheduled maintenance intervals in the owner's manual were followed and documented. The dealer and corporate (Case #16444920) have refused assistance. This is a widely documented mechanical defect where constant thermal cycling (the gas engine repeatedly turning on and off during hybrid operation)…

2018 HONDA ACCORD

On June 24th, 2026, I received a warning for Supplemental Restraint System Problem. The airbag Dash indicator illuminated on the dash. The issue is intermittent and the warning has appeared on five separate occasions since. The message had went away when the vehicle has been turned off and has not appear every time the car is running. It does appear mid-travel on occasion. The issue is consistent with the passenger airbag sensor failure description recall that is associated with other VIN…

2018 HONDA ACCORD

The Body Control Module of my 2018 Accord has failed. At 70,000 miles on my vehicle the door locks began to be unresponsive. At 100,000 Miles all door locks were unresponsive to the door control and fob control. The only way to secure my vehicle is to manually lock all doors and use the key within my fob to unlock the drivers door and then manually unlock all other doors. Ed Martin Honda in Indianapolis inspected the vehicle and determined the the Body Control Module would need to be replaced…

Blown Head Gasket. This caused major cost in repairs and going without a vehicle, This was a known failure issue with Honda 2020 Accord Sport. I have requested a goodwill claim with my nearest Honda dealer and not have gotten a phone call nor email. I have all my repair documents and a well maintenance log on my vehicle. With this being a known issue, it should be covered in the lifetime warranty that I received from the dealership when purchased but it excluded seals and gaskets on my…

2018 HONDA ACCORD

Filed Jul 16, 2026

Had in tank fuel pump replaced as recall stated. After 1 year went bad again. Honda refused to cover the repair. My car stalled on the interstate in traffic running around 50 to 60 mph.

2017 HONDA ACCORD

Filed Jul 16, 2026

Crash

This vehicle was involved in an accident. The car crashed into a concrete barrier separating the interstate highway. The front passenger airbag appeared to only partly deploy, and the driver air bag did not deploy.

2021 HONDA PILOT

Filed Jul 16, 2026

The car shut off and put itself in neutral in the middle of the road. It seemed that the automatic shutoff glitched and caused the car to shift to neutral. We had to shut it off then start it back. It didn’t start right up. We had to try a couple of times. It was very scary being stranded in the middle of the road and not knowing how to correct the problem.

2020 HONDA ODYSSEY

I believe the forward facing camera is having electrical issues which is causing the vehicle not to engage lane departure, traction control, Lane keeping assistance, emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, AC intermittently blowing warm and cold. There are four or five lights on the dash about this.
