The transmission had to be replaced in 2024 and now the engine needs to be replaced in 2026. Ford customer service will not help with any of the repairs.

As I was stopping at an intersection for a redlight, the brakes locked up and the collision assist warning and another message came up on the screen. There were no cars in front of me at the intersection. This is the first time that this has ever happened and the truck has 32,665 miles. No servicing has been performed on this truck beyond oil changes and tire rotations.

Within the last 6 months, the driver's side front door, the driver's side rear passenger door, and the passenger side rear doors actuators stopped working and the doors do not lock. The doors do not lock manually with the key fob or lock automatically when the truck reaches 13 mph. This is a safety issue as passengers could inadvertently open the doors when driving when the doors should be locked.
