I was driving down the highway with no cars around and the middle of the moonroof shattered suddenly and violently from the inside outward.

Driving on highway, approximately 65mph when all of a sudden the door ajar symbol on instrument panel lit / sound dinged, and the passenger who had their elbow on the door screamed. The passenger side door unlocked and opened as in it unlatched. It did not open all the way for her to fall out, but it was no longer fully closed. This is a 2022 vehicle. My 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid rolled backward while in park. I push-started the truck and then turned on the A/C to start cooling the cabin. I left the driver’s side door open as I stepped out to begin loading my 8-month-old baby’s stroller. The open door bumped my back, so I quickly jumped back into the vehicle to press the brake. The truck eventually stopped, but not before the door folded out and scraped the entire side of a parked car. I called the police to make a report.

I was in stop and go traffic on the highway when my brakes failed. I tried them twice, the car did not slow down, I put the car into park and tried to engage the parking brake and the car continued to roll until I hit the 18 wheeler in front of me. This happened a second time before I could get myself off the freeway and to a safe place to call a tow truck.

When I turn left or right my steering-wheel, slowly at intersections, I hear a loud click sound inside my truck's cabin, so loud that I cannot realize where the sound comes out from. My steering performance is smooth, and I cannot feel anything wrong or any shaking, with the steering column. Just ONE loud click sound, every time when I turn slowly. This has been happening since October 2024. Thank you!

While using the Auto Hold feature and stopped at a light, the truck went forward on its own - then made a loud clunk noise. Turned Auto Hold off and brought truck to Ford Service Dept. They could not find the problem.

2025 Ford Maverick XL EcoBoost AWD with 2,000 lb tow package. Vehicle displays an 'Engine Coolant Over Temperature' warning recurrently at idle and upon initial startup when ambient temperature is 84°F or above. The warning has occurred multiple times under these conditions. While driving, the red BRAKE light remains illuminated on the dashboard, and a service brakes warning message appears on the screen. This can be dismissed and the vehicle drives normally, except under sudden/heavy braking conditions.
