Ford Maverick

Ford has 25N09 addressing the axles for the 2022 Ford Mavericks built later in the 2021 year, but mine was built in September of 21. I have axle issues as well, and this is the first vehicle I've ever had that's this new and has clunking in the CV axles. Mine clunks loudly, and the truck has 114k on it.

I have been having issues with the vehicles audio speakers for a few months now, having random momentary bursts of full volume static noise, as well as sometimes consistent static noise that doesn’t stop for up to 30 mins even after the vehicle is turned off. Front end of vehicle suddenly started to shake violently when accelerating. Issue was reproduced any time when accelerating. No warning was indicated by the vehicle. Car was undrivable above 50 mph. Vehicle had 25K miles. Dealer reproduced issue. Diagnosed it as a catastrophic failure of both CV joints and front bearing(s). Dealer would not release vehicle as it was undrivable due to extreme safety issue. Parts arrived after a week and both CV joints & front bearing(s) were replaced. …

Recall 24S51 from Ford says that 87,000 Maverick trucks have had the wiper motor fail due to moisture getting into the housing due to a sealant problem with the supplier. The recalled VINs can have a free inspection and replacement. I believe my VIN is also impacted by this problem because 37 months and 31,000 miles into my car, my wipers failed. The chrome tips on the window switch fell off and jammed itself in the switch, in the on position for the passenger window. These exact parts are already on recall for different Ford models but it is the same part number being used.

While driving the vehicle at low speed (roughy 25mph) a loud sqeek was heard. This occured a few more times so I stopped to inspect. I countinued my trip after not finding the source of the noise. When it occured again, I pulled into a parts store and had them run codes. After finding none I purchased a code scanner so that I could monitor while under way. infotainment center and modules related to the front-facing display have malfunctions 5x since 9/2024 and have been in the shop 5 times for the same issue, 4 downloads and updates, 3 recalls, and 2 battery and a front-facing module replacement in the last 15 months of issue stsrting

Truck has stalled out multiple times, has been left in middle or road due to electrical drainage of battery. Person needed to get jumper cables to move truck.

brake issue when coming to a stop, sometimes the brakes (mainly front) feel like they go free for a rotation. this is a random problem, and the dealer didn't find an issue.

My 2023 Ford Maverick Hybrid experienced repeated 12V battery discharge and “Deep Sleep” events associated with Recall 24C01 and SSM 53801. The vehicle repeatedly discharged the 12V battery while parked under normal conditions.
