I have been made aware of this issue in writing by Ford in October 2025. I took my car in for the service to Ford in Palatka, Florida. I was advised that needed parts had not been authorized by the Ford. I was advised that the needed parts are in stock, but to get the problem fixed I would have to pay out of pocket. The A/C vent actuating solenoids under the dash have all failed. They don't allow the cool air to be routed properly. We have had the dealers service center check each time as they would fail, and they found replacement is needed at each visit.
