Ford has had a long known issue with 2011-2015-FIESTA ( Cuautitlan ) they issued a Customer Satisfaction Program that ended June 2025. I purchased the car July 2026 used w/o none issues. Checked VIN for recall and Maryland Inspected. Driving it one week and the check engine light comes on. Apparently the TCM recognized a change in driving pattern but FORD will not honor the replacement. How is it not a safety issue with the vehicle can decide not to engage risking a collision? I am…

The backup camera has been malfunctioning for over 5 years. There has been a recall for over 2 years for this issue. The camera image on the dash will flicker, be inverted or not display at all with an error stating Camera Unavailable. This does not happen every time, but does happen approximately 75% of the time.

I have been made aware of this issue in writing by Ford in October 2025. I took my car in for the service to Ford in Palatka, Florida. I was advised that needed parts had not been authorized by the Ford. I was advised that the needed parts are in stock, but to get the problem fixed I would have to pay out of pocket. The A/C vent actuating solenoids under the dash have all failed. They don't allow the cool air to be routed properly. We have had the dealers service center check each time as they would fail, and they found replacement is needed at each visit. The actuators began failing at 6,000 miles, and continued dropping off one by one at various mileage until all three are now not functioning. My car has 11,500 miles now. My vehicle has an active status under Ford Safety Recall 20S15 (NHTSA Campaign 20V177) for a fractured door latch pawl spring. The defect has fully manifested: my side door physically will not latch or stay shut. There was no warning that the latch has malfunctioned. I was driving and my door swung open when I made a turn. Car sputters everytime I put gas in it. Sometimes shuts off. It’s every time I put gas. I’m not filling up the gas tank because I notice if I do fill it up. It gives me more problems .. occurring problem

The contact owns a 2019 Ford Fiesta. The contact received notification of NTHSA Campaign Number: 25V695000 (Back Over Prevention); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.

- Backup camera malfunction. Hit a parked car. - My son in the back seat was at risk. - yes - yes - Yes, the backup camera has always been faulty. The manufacturer has failed to promptly remedy this safety recall for my vehicle.
