My vehicle, VIN [XXX], is subject to NHTSA Recall 25V455 (Ford Recall 25S75) involving a defective low-pressure fuel pump that may cause engine hesitation, loss of power, or engine stalling. This recall was announced in July 2025 and remains open on the NHTSA VIN lookup as of June 2026. More than eleven months have passed since the recall was announced, and Ford has not provided a repair remedy for my vehicle. I believe this is an unreasonable delay for a safety-related defect. In addition,…

There are two recalls on this vehicle. South Bay Ford, located just a few miles farther away than Auto Nation Ford in Torrance has no problem with pick up and delivery resources to insure recall work is completed but stated I must use Auto Nation Torrance Ford because I fall into their service area, yet Auto Nation Ford Service Manager contacted on 6/22/2026 @ ~ 4:05 P.S,T. stated they do not have enough people to perform pick and delivery. It would seem to me Auto Nation Ford in Torrance has…

This is a Mustang convertible. The doors would be open all of the sudden when the car is running especially on highway. It's not wide open but ajar. The wind would blow into the car, noisy and scary. Both doors have this issue, mainly on driver side. The passenger side also happened once on highway when my daughter was there. This typically happen in a long drive like couple of hours. The first time this happened is couple of years ago. This issue happened more and more often in the past year.…

2017 FORD MUSTANG

While driving my recently purchased 2017 Ford Mustang Convertible from Florida to North Carolina, the passenger-side door repeatedly unlocked and partially opened while the vehicle was traveling at interstate speeds. This occurred approximately 12 times during the trip. The door appeared to latch normally when closed, but would unexpectedly unlock and pop open while the vehicle was in motion. This created a significant safety concern due to the risk of occupant injury, driver distraction, and…

2025 FORD MUSTANG

Filed Jun 17, 2026

Ford describes their pre-collision system: The system warns the driver of potential hazards by providing three levels of assistance. Alert: When active, a flashing visual warning appears and an audible warning tone sounds. Brake Support: The system helps reduce the impact speed by preparing the brakes for rapid braking, and Emergency Braking. I have driven my vehicle around Jacksonville with the setting at High to give me three car lengths warning. After hours of driving on I95 and I10 in…

Coolant intrusion. This particular motor has caused NUMEROUS issues with 2019 & older Ford models, specifically with the 2.3L Ecoboost engines. The Ford Motor Company should recall & replace the engines of all models affected, mine included. I spent $2200 for a new timing system, tow fees, was broke down on the side of the road when my engine overheated. I bought this car brand new. Financed $27k & owe $3900 right now. Devastated & livid describes how I feel at the present. Coolant intrusion…

Recall performed and tech stated parts were bad and needed desperately and parts were ordered. I have a repair invoice to prove it in my vehicle history. I rescheduled appointment for recall completion and service manager was very rude and stated recall doesn’t even have parts out until 11/2026. When I questioned if recall was performed improperly per TSB she placed me on hold for a while and she said parts department doesn’t have parts for me /never ordered anything and I can’t get the recall…
