Brake system malfunctioned during commute. Safety was put as risk because no warning lights or recall/notice of failure were communicated. The brakes did not stop the car. The car is currently in the shop (Ford dealer) where it was shared that the rear brake hose is split. This is was the unsolved recall is associated with the car. However Ford Motors did not warn me that the brakes were having issues on the car.

The front passenger seatbelt will not adjust and is stuck. It worked when last used. I parked and when we got in to go, it wouldn’t work . It was not due to any misuse and is a safety issue as the passenger has to plug it in so the seatbelt notice will go off. I don’t know why it is not able to be adjusted.

The safety system back up camera has been malfunctioning for 18 months. At times the image will be inverted, at times it will appear to be zoomed in very close, but most of the time it does not work at all. The alerts (beeping) that should be occurring when identifying a hazard do not work. The horn no longer works. Several times the entire electrical system will shut off and then reset. There have not been any warning lights on the dash to indicate why this is happening. My vehicle has not…
