When the vehicle is in Eco mode, and an attempt is made to rapidly accelerate in an emergency situation, pressing the accelerator pedal to the floor results in a significant delay before *any* engine response is detected, far beyond what is reasonable for a normal gasoline powered vehicle. In several situations, I was in heavy traffic; traffic in the lane in which I was travelling was relatively slow. I attempted to change lanes into an adjacent lane in which traffic was moving much faster.…

I have a 2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend with 5233 miles. The windshield wipers stopped working. I checked the fuse and the fuse was good. I changed the fuse anyway and the wipers still do not work.

The Incident: While operating the vehicle under high load, the driver received an explicit Service Engine Soon powertrain malfunction alert stating: The powertrain control module lost communication with the vehicle active grill shutter module for a period of time. Immediately following this warning, the engine experienced a severe loss of power, followed by loud metallic banging from the engine bay. The vehicle stalled completely and lost all motive power, creating an imminent highway safety…

Its becoming more frequent and a huge safety issue. When you're driving the car, it feels like the emergency parking brake automatically engages. And when you push the brake pedal, it almost feels like it's dead, meaning there's no pressure back against your foot, which is really unusual for this vehicle, period. You don't necessarily lose control of the car, but you certainly don't have complete control of the braking system, period. Then you are in a period of time to get off the road safely…

While operating the vehicle under load, the vehicle suffered a sudden and severe loss of engine performance, followed immediately by loud metallic banging from the engine bay. The vehicle lost all power and was immediately disabled (LIMP MODE), presenting an imminent highway safety hazard. The Physical Damage: Subsequent mechanical teardown revealed deep vertical cylinder wall scoring, heavy raw fuel residue in the engine oil pan, and a blown head gasket. Relationship to Active Safety Defect:…

While driving on an interstate it was determined that the engine walls over compressed and blew out the sides of the motor of my 2022 Ford Bronco. The Bronco has 67,000 miles on it which shows a clear manufacturer defect. It is available to be inspected as well to confirm. My wife’s and unborn child’s safety was put at risk by losing acceleration and losing control of the vehicle briefly as it began to shake from the engine misfiring. This easily could have caused a serious wreck had more…

Window actuator does not properly open or close passenger window to open door properly, which is a safety risks to a child. Window could shatter because window will not roll down the inch or so to pull the door open. In order to open the door, the window will shake vibrantly and risk of a child of a possible window shatter. Ford says this is a normal wear and tear and it’s at owners cost to replace. To me that’s unacceptable.

Differential carrier replacement due to metal contmination being found in differential during oil change and a transmission overhaul due to excessive wear of(clutch container, CDF bushing, forward hub and front support bushings). They also noted a sticking valve in the main control on my 2022 Ford Bronco 2.7L V6 when taken in to dealership to evaluate vehichle under warranty due to ongoing intermittent thump/clunking noise when coming to a stop and accelerating from a stop as well as when …

I was driving on the highway with standard cruise control (I don't have adaptive cruise) and I went to press the brakes and the brake pedal was SUPER stiff and I had to press unreasonably hard to disengage the cruise control and slow down. When the pedal finally gave, I ended up slamming on the bakes so much that my passenger was startled and we both lurched forward due to our momentum. Afterwards, my brake light light came on, on the dashboard. I went to AutoZone to get a reading and it said…
