My lower control arm weld has cracked. It was checked shortly after purchase and passed inspection at the Chevy garage in Elkins, WV. Now the weld is cracked on both driver and passenger sides and it making a clunking sound. I do not feel safe to drive this vehicle. The VIN was provided and confirmed at the time the appointment was made; however, the recall was not completed during the visit. The audio system in my 2025 Chevrolet Trax produces persistent distortion and poor sound quality at normal listening levels. I brought the vehicle to an authorized Chevrolet dealer, and they reported that a speaker was replaced, but the issue remains unresolved. The sound quality affects my ability to clearly hear navigation prompts, safety alerts, and phone calls while driving. Rear back up camera image is foggy. Have tried to clean multiple times, but it continues to be foggy.

While driving the car the start loosing power and attempts to shut down, other time the steering wheel locks up up and im unable to turn steering wheel. The check engine light comes on and turns off. Had a bumper to bumper collision that was caused by me, the cars computer sent a report to OnStar and OnStar said that they had airbag deployment alert going off in the car. However, the airbags never deployed.

In the last 30 days of obtaining my first brand new vehicle, there have been a couple of incidents where I have put my truck in Park on an incline (hilly street or driveway), and you can hear the brakes grinding once my foot has been removed from the brake pedal. It gives the impression that the brakes have not stopped. It’s unusual to hear and in my concern, I activate the emergency park for extra security. It’s a little scary to think that the brakes won’t do what they’re designed to do.
