My 2021 chevy trailblazer rs is experiencing issues with the infotainment system and the onstar module they have stopped working and I have no backup camera and this issue is a safety concern to me and anyone who rides with me i have contacted both gm and onstar and got nowhere with them after I had a diagnostic test done on 6/18/26 they recommended replacement of the whole system

The two components that failed were the water pump and the coolant control valve which caused the engine to overheat, resulting in me having to pull over along the side of a busy highway putting me at risk for injury while the vehicle cooled down. I used the jack for the first time of buying the vehicle new. I jacked the vehicle up to put the spare on and the scissor jack folded up and the car dropped. So I looked up if there was a recall on it and there isn't but there is on other vehicles. Note: the car was on level hard surface ground and I placed the jack in the correct location.
