The vehicle was taken to a certified mechanic to be repaired; however, the failure persisted. The dealer was contacted and informed that the brake pedal, model cylinder, and booster needed to be replaced; however, parts were not available. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. All 3 bolts that connect my tailpipe underneath my car failed. This caused the tailpipe to disconnect from the car, meaning I was pushing the pipe as I drove. The shift to park is defective on mine and many other GM vehicles. I had it previously repaired under manufacturer warranty and then again in just over 16,000 miles driven which fell outside of the manufacturer warranty.
