The radiator in these cars constantly fails. This can lead to major engine issues. Multiple Chevy owners have reported defects

Engine temp gauge stops working causing the air to stop working and the cooling fan to rev to highest rpm. Also a warning that the steering assist is reduced. Eng check light comes on with a code P0208. This a known problem with an extended service # (N242484760) but only if your vin is listed. All vehicles with this problem should be covered

I was driving into a parking lot when my back passenger side window imploded like a rock was thrown at it, but no rock and nobody in sight. I looked all around for a cause but believe it somehow spontaneous shattered. Thankfully 3 minutes prior I had dropped my kids at school otherwise there would have been injury I am sure.

Complete and total failure of the telematics module resulting in loss of self driving, onstar, WiFi, gps, and all connected services. Severe battery drain due to module forcing the vehicle to completely shut down while driving, resulting in loss of power steering and brakes.

The temperature gauge does not work, it stays at cold. The heater does not work unless the car is moving. AC does not blow cold air at all. I get a message that says “steering assist is reduced. Drive with care”. There are a lot of people online with the same complaints on these vehicles

Electronically controlled thermostat and sensor fail or get stuck at a much lower coolant temperature causing the dash to display the “steering assist is reduced drive with care.” It isn’t just a message, the steering is much harder to use potentially causing an accident. Thermostat fails resulting in steering power reduced, temperature goes to C and fan runs overtime. This thermostat or temp sensor fails intermittently and fixes itself. Car could be overheating and you wouldn't know. This part is recalled on 2021 Blazers already.

Just purchased a used 2025 RS EV on 5/2/2026. When I got home I found out the Google maps and on star app wasn't working. Called on star and they can't connect to the car and that the telematics module is probably bad. Checked my Chevrolet app and it reports that it hasn't connected to the car for over 6 months. Now waiting for replacement part going 3 weeks now. A little pissed off that dealer did find before they sold me the car.
