Chevrolet Blazer

My 2021 Chevrolet Blazer RS equipped with the 3.6L LGX V6 experienced catastrophic engine failure at approximately 90,200 miles. The vehicle had no prior warning. The dealer diagnosed the timing chain / lift/ cam damage. I am requesting investigation into whether this represents a safety or durability defect affecting other vehicles

3 Times, while travelling at highway speeds, infotainment module and driver display went dark for at least 3 minutes. While in this state, there were no visual controls such as speed, turn signals, etc. - the entire dashboard was dark. As I accelerated after the traffic light turned green the vehicle stalled. I was able to move the vehicle to the curb on XXX [XXX] is a two-way road. The vehicle stalled while on an active road which could have led to my vehicle being rear ended causing potential injuries to myself and other drivers. Car will not crank, stalled while cranked, throws code P023F

The car is not sensing that it is in park when it is. When I place it in park and turn the car off it dings and says shift into park however it already is in park. Therefore the car will not turn off. I had to jiggle the shift or turn the car on, reverse then go forward then park to get it to register. This has taken up to 10 minutes and it’s getting worse. This is a known issue that is referenced in GM Technical Service Bulletin 19-NA-206.

While idling in my driveway, the engine started to shake and the check engine light came on. Got it diagnosed and was told by a private repair center that we had lost compression in cylinder 4 and that it was not worth the repair and we needed to replace the engine. I am reporting a recurring safety issue with the Forward Collision Alert/Automatic Emergency Braking system on my 2023 Chevrolet Blazer 2LT. Intermittent electrical defects are beginning to occur that impact the power steering or power brakes. After starting the vehicle, there are times either the power steering or the power brakes do not function.
