First Complain is that I was driving my 2018 Dodge Journey SE 2.4L across the interstate in [XXX]. My friend was sitting in the Passenger's seat when all of a sudden a loud popping noise happened and the airbag in the headrest popped out and almost hit my friend in the head. The second issue is that the headlight assemblies that was replaced under a recall in 2022-2023 due to a reflective issue. When starting my car and turning on my air or heat component the front will turn on but the components in the middle won’t! You have to hit the panel to make it turn on and when your driving the middle component shuts off losing power and dims the lights and dash lights with radio screen! I’ve had this issue since I purchased this car 3yrs ago and the business just says oh they have that issue why do I have to pay to rewire my electrical system and paying over $17k for this vehicle it should…

On two separate occasions my doors have locked on there own while I was inside the car and I was not able to open the doors or manually unlock the door. My front lock levers are long enough that you can get a decent grip to pull them up and in normal cases they unlock pretty easy. But when they lock on your own I don't think you get pul) them up with a pair of vice grips. Both levers on the back doors drop almost all the way into the door panel. Rearview camera not working. I received a recall notice and 2 days later my rear view camera stopped working, but for some reason my vehicle is not on the list to be repaired?

My rear view camera shows a black screen when the vehicle is put in reverse. It is not a fuse problem. That has been checked. I have resorted to “the old fashioned way” of looking behind either side when backing up. It’s just terrifying because you can’t see all that the rear view camera shows and since it’s not working I don’t get the noise alerts when getting close to something

The factory-installed ParkView rear backup camera on my 2018 Dodge Journey is suffering from an intermittent, severe component failure. The video display randomly flips completely upside down while reversing. Frequently, the system fails entirely, leaving a completely blank or black screen on the center infotainment console.

While driving, the electric window and doorlock module started smoking. It was a heavy white smoke. There were no warning lamps or messages. I smelled the smoke and burning of plastic immediately before I even saw the smoke. I pulled over to a safe spot, turned off my vehicle, grabbed my purse and keys and waited for help/assistance. The buttons of module are melted, my window is stuck, and the component is severely melted below the surface of armrest/window doorlock module.

Every day when I backup my 2019 Dodge Journey I can not use my rear view mirror to safely backup ? Why ? Because the rear view camera which is still is in recall status is located within the rear view mirror and blocks out my ability to use the mirror. How much longer will I have to wait for Chrysler to rectify this safety hazard ? Don't tell me soon. I have had this issue for 2 years now. I received the recall notice a year ago.
