2021 Jeep Gladiator Sport S equipped with 6 speed manual transmission purchased from Landers Jeep in Little Rock Ar. Vehicle required the A-19 clutch recall. Recall was completed and I took ownership 6/17/2025. I returned the vehicle within the first week of ownership due to the service transmission light periodically coming on. Dealership reset the clutch counter and attempted to give me advice on how to drive a vehicle I was more than capable driving before purchasing. After 13 months and 13k…

What happened: Driving on road, check engine light and traction control light appeared, smelled metallic-type odor, pulled over, before I could put it in park smoke started pouring from under the hood on passenger side. The fire was on the passenger side. The vehicle is available for inspection in a tow…

Factory installed Corning Gorilla Glass became marred and scratched from windshield wiper during rain fall. Glass also developed a crack in the right lower corner of the glass from unknown source (not a stone or road hazard). I requested the repair be covered under the original factory warranty and the repair was rejected. Per the dealership the glass is covered for 24/24 if NOT factory installed. It's covered for 12/12 if it IS factory installed. My windshield is factory installed and out of…

Engine oil light came on. Inspected at Tom Obrien Jeep for low oil pressure. Technician found that one of the oil sprayers was not bolted onto block, screw was there and tight, sprayer was in oil pan. It was incorrectly assembled. Jeep would not warranty due to lack of oil change receipts which is irrelevant.
