While I was driving, driver's headrest suddenly popped off and hit me hard on the back of the head while driving. I have two children in my car who were startled from the sound. Head has been hurting since the incident.

Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2010 Jeep Patriot in April 2025. The vehicle was a private sale. The contact stated that when the vehicle was purchased, the odometer was reported at 152,000 miles. The contact later purchased a Carfax report which indicated that the odometer was last reported in April 2024 at 221,153 miles.

Driving my car and it just shuts off. I have read numerous complaints but there seems to be no recall already 1000.00 into fixing the car. Today it rained and my car has leaks all around the lights on the roof.
