The cable that attaches the front driver seatbelt to the base of the seat (left side), suddenly broke when simply buckling the belt.

For the past 4 months after turning off the engine, my vehicle is failing to recognize that it is in Park. I am getting a message on my display stating “Shift to Park”. This is preventing my vehicle from shutting down.

Shift to park take forever to get it to recognize that vehicle is in park. my lane departure only works sometimes.

“Steering Assist is Reduced” warning, P0128 code, thermostat-related symptoms, increased steering effort or other safety concerns while driving. 2024 GMC Acadia grounded at dealership for 3+ weeks due to unavailable driver seat belt buckle (Part 26522477), rendering a brand-new vehicle legally un-driveable due to primary restraint part constraints. The buckle will not latch, causing the seat belt to be rendered inoperable. The problem was reproduced by the dealership, and the replacement part is backordered.

Transmission causes problems in can be on interstate and be switching lanes and it loses power and wont go takes forever to shift out. It will cut out and you can barely get pulled off side of rd in time. When trying to put car in park a shift to park notice appears on dashboard not allowing the car to be turned off. It takes multiple attemps be able to get the car into park and turn OFF. This has been an ongoing problem for several years and reported to the dealer. To date the dealer tells me there is nothing wrong with the car. Battery has been changed multiple times.

The contact owns a 2009 GMC Acadia. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the front driver’s side and passenger’s side exterior mirrors moved out of place and failed to remain in a set position. The local dealer was contacted; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the vehicle was garage-kept and was concerned about the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 54,000.
