EVERYTIME THAT IT RAINS OR WHEN WE WASH THE VAN WATER GETS INTO THE BRAKE LIGHT SYSTEM IN THE BACK OF THE VAN AND SHORTS OUT THE SYSTEM, THE BRAKES DO NOT WORK AND THE BLINKERS START GOING HAY WIRE. 2000 GMC SAVANA VAN BRAKE ROTOR FAILED. THE ROTOR WAS A REPLACEMENT & NEVER WAS TURNED. THE WEAR INDICATORS NEVER SQUEALED PRIOR TO FAILURE. THIS BRAKE ROTOR WAS PURCHASED & INSTALLED BY AN AUTHORIZED GMC DEALERSHIP. I WAS NEAR A TIRE SHOP WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED AND PAID $300 TO HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED MYSELF. GMC HAS KNOWN ABOUT THIS ENGINEERING PROBLEM FOR YEARS AND HAS DONE NOTHING TO PROTECT CONSUMERS & OTHER DRIVERS FROM PREMATURE ROTOR FAILURE. *TR
