2018 HONDA CIVIC
Filed Jun 23, 2026
I am experiencing an intermittent sticky and stiff steering sensation while driving my 2018 Honda Civic EX-T at highway speeds (between 60–70 mph). While attempting to maintain a straight line on the freeway, the steering wheel resists minor, smooth adjustments and feels briefly locked or stuck. When I apply extra physical force to override the resistance, the steering suddenly releases, which frequently causes the vehicle to over-correct and drift in the lane, creating a major safety hazard.…

2022 HONDA CIVIC

Hello I have a complaint about my clear coat coming off in certain areas. The hood of my car has water spots that will not come off and the passenger side has what looks like rock damage all up and down the side which is actually my clear coat coming off. This car is not that old and this should not be happening. I am at 37 thousand 800 miles and have to drive around in an otherwise perfect condition car. I take good care of my cars and I am very unhappy this is happening. I should not have to…

2016 HONDA CIVIC
Filed Jun 22, 2026
The A/C evaporator core failed completely on my vehicle due to a known manufacturing and design defect in this climate control system architecture. Because the system cannot hold refrigerant, the vehicle has entirely lost its moisture-removal capability. This makes it impossible to effectively defrost or defog the windshield during rain or high-humidity conditions, severely obstructing driver visibility. This creates an imminent safety hazard and collision risk on the road. The failure has been…

2014 HONDA CIVIC
Filed Jun 21, 2026
I bought a 2014 Honda Civic LX at a used car dealership. The day after I bought it, the passenger-side occupant position sensor came on. I returned the car, and they reset it. It came on again, was reset, and when it came on again, it was replaced. The new one came on again. This time I took it to my Honda dealer, and they reset it. It came on again, and I've been living with it since.I am concerned it might go off unexpectedly or worse, not go off in a crash. I see other years have this as a…
