Honda CR-V

The backup camera is in black and white and very washed out. It is very difficult to make out details and has caused several near misses. The issue is especially bad at night. The camera is essentially non-functional and represents a safety issue. This has been the case since purchasing the vehicle in 2024. The Honda CRV 2024 was not included in the recent recall for backup camera issues on other Honda models. The dealership knows it is an issue yet continues to tell me they have no solution.

Washer for windshield does not clean windshield. Had to pull of highway to manually clean windshield so I could continue to drive. HONDA of Denton told me that washer is normal. New style for CRV.

Over the past 6/7 months, the following: ALL warning lights on dashboard flashing whenever car in running, strong smell of gasoline detected in home garage, and 5/6 times during the past 4/5 weeks engine rough when starting cold accompanied by loss of power. On four separate occasions while driving anywhere from 35 to 55 mph the engine light begins to flash and I lose all power. I am given just enough time to pull to the side of the road. I turn off the engine, wait a few minutes, and turn the engine back on, which seems to remedy the problem. At that point, I am able to drive off like nothing happened. 2023 CR-V Sport Hybrid suffered a catastrophic cylinder 3 coolant leak/head gasket failure at 76,884 miles. Due to a lack of available Honda gasket kits and extreme dealership repair quotes, a full engine replacement was required.

For several months now, car has been misfiring, skipping and going into limp mode. Spark plugs replaced and issue went away for about 2 months. Issue has resurfaced and took it to Honda dealership where I purchased vehicle to run a diagnostic test. Informed to resolve the issue need fuel injectors replacement, spark plug replacements, coolant reservoir is empty and to top it off, need a head gasket kit.

Multiple times when stopped at a stop light, the vehicle will stall and die. Car requires restarting ignition to run. A mechanic believes it is the fuel injector system (either defective or worn) that is causing these stall issues. This is a safety problem as I was almost hit several times by other cars on the road.
