The contact owns a 2019 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that while driving 30 MPH, there was an abnormal knocking sound coming from the engine. A dealer was contacted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the cylinder #6 rod bearing was damaged, and that the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 123,000.
