After sudden stop at sharp right turn, engine has no acceleration; appears to be in limp mode;. Dealer did not inspect, just said they hadn’t heard of it happening before.. this has happened twice in less than 6 months. No warning given. I have already had the cluster changed twice for other issues…seems to have a lot of electrical issues.

While driving the dash screen show a caution with a note that vehicle is in Limp Mode as I was on a freeway this became a huge problem putting my life at risk and for others moving at the speed of traffic then suddenly having to decelerate in order to move around me. This problem has been reported to the dealership and confirmed that this is a common issue, there was no warning ahead of time.

I need to file a complaint because there is no fix available for this and the recall has been in place for almost 9 months - i have been unable to rent or sell or use this vehicle with the open recall that there's no fix in place for. I heard that Stellantis (FCS USA) had said that these vehicles that were outfitted for private use were not under the recall anymore, but i'm not seeing any information to this effect. on some VIN recall lookup sites, it doesn't show anyrecalls. but NHSTA still…

The ABS control module and Hydraulic Control module are faulty and available for inspection. My safety is at risk because the vehicle will go into a skid upon hard braking (ABS not fuctioning), the vehicle will spin tires upon acceleration (traction control inoperative).
