This recall came out 1.5 years ago and there still is no remedy. At a car wash my truck wouldn’t stop and I slid into a concrete pole and damaged the fender and headlight. The corporate office told me, when I called, that currently there is nothing that they can do.

3 times to date (10,000 miles/8 months) I have failing abs speed sensors. If I stop moving when all lights come on dash the truck is in operational. I cannot shift gears, put in park or turn engine off. Loose traction control, ads, 4wd, stabiltrac, speedometer. All assitive and braking functions. Code U1412. Dealer replaces speed sensors but problem returns.

PTC heater short circuited, overheated and scorched/melted itself as well as other plastic Hvac components and sent toxic fumes into the passenger compartment via the HVAC vents. This truck has been in 2 different Dodge dealer service departments multiple times for the same failures. After repairs were performed, the same failures occurred on the way home from the dealer. The contact owns a 2026 Ram 3500. The contact stated that occasionally while hauling a trailer and driving at various speeds, the factory-integrated Trailer Brake Controller failed to respond as intended. Waiting over 18 months for recall repairs to be made. My truck will not pass the mandatory state safety inspection because the ABS lights in the dash board display. This makes me operating the truck illegal and subject to a violation. Called manufacturer numerous times to complain yet they take no action.

HAD RECALL FOR HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP COMPLETED IN 12/2022 AND THE NEW PART HAS PREMATURELY FAILED CAUSING DEBRIS TO GO INTO THE FUEL SYSTEM. THE NEW PART WAS TO PREVENT THIS ISSUE FROM HAPPENING AND IT SEEMS THAT FAILURE AFTER ONLY 3 YEARS MEANS THAT A DEFECTIVE PART WAS INSTALLED OR SOME FORM OF IMPROPER INSTALLATION OCCURRED.

I am the owner of a 2018 Ram 3500 subject to Recall C4B (NHTSA Recall No. 24V-896) involving the Brake Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU). The recall was announced on November 27, 2024. As of June 2026, NHTSA’s website still states that the recall is incomplete and that a remedy is not yet available for my vehicle. The defect causes active symptoms during operation. This model of truck has 4 led lights that will never turn off. Using the switch in the cab does not affect them. When the headlight switch is in off, manual, or parking - these lights remain on. Additionally, there is no setting in the software that provides control over these lights. I have interacted with Stallantis Customer Service, and my local dealer -both state: Lights are working as designed.
