The tailgate now requires excessive force to open and close throughout its entire range of motion. An independent body shop inspected the vehicle and determined that the hinge assembly requires replacement. The vehicle and failed component are available for inspection upon request. How…

This is a brand new truck with 22,000 miles, a rod came loose in the engine when i was driving it, and blew a hole in the engine at 65 MPH, the rod then shot through my oil pan, I lost all drivability, no steering, no gas and I could not see due to black smoke. I almost died! I was able to pull over all the way to the left by the grace of God, not being able to see and having cars driving by at top speeds this is a catastrophic failure and the service Tech Ethan where the truck is says this…

Vehicle would not start. I put a new battery in, the vehicle still would not start, and the break pedal was stiff. Had someone jump the vehicle, i started it and drove to the dealership service department where I originally bought the vehicle. They said it may be the starter. but they hadn't looked at the vehicle. I told them I would drive to a different shop because it's cheaper. When I tried to put it in drive the vehicle would not move it was giving an error message on the dash. I had to…

It has now been over 4 months, I have called the dealer to follow up, and keep getting the same answer. The part hasn't arrived yet, and they will call me when it comes in.…
