Panoramic roof shade will not roll up properly. Shade is hanging down and is blocking the view in the rear view mirror.

The contact owns a 2024 Lincoln Corsair. The contact stated that while driving approximately 45 MPH, the sunroof suddenly exploded without warning or impact. There were no injuries sustained. The contact notified the local dealer of the failure; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but provided no assistance. The contact was referred to the insurance company for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.

Hello. I recently had to pay CarMax $1,083 to replace my right rear (tailgate mounted) turn signal assembly. CarMax said the issue was due to a seal failing on the light assembly which allowed water to enter the unit and short out the LED unit. The same issue occured for 2024-25 Corsairs and was addressed by the NHTSA Campaign 25V688 / Ford Recall 25C53 and Lincoln. On May 10 a lighted wrench appeared on the instrument panel. The car felt as if I was loosing power. May 12 I got in the car, the wrench and check engine lights were both on. The manufacturer's interim safety instructions for Recall 26V091 are failing. Lincoln instructs drivers to use Pure EV mode to prevent battery fires. One day, the bright headlamps stopped working. The light on the dashboard indicating that they are on still works but the lights themselves, do not turn on. Yes, it is available for inspection. There was and has been no warning. It has not been looked at by a dealer or anyone else.
