THIS RECALL IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE WHERE A SEAT COULD COME FREE FROM VEHICLE IN THE EVENT OF A COLLISISON - THIS VAN IS A SHUTTLE VAN FOR MY COMPANY- I NEED A RESOLUTION AS I AM UNABLE TO USE THIS VEHICLE UNTIL THIS SAFETY RECALL IS REMEDIED- I COULD BE HELD LIABLE IN THE EVENT THAT I USE THIS VEHICLE AND SOMETHING HAPPENS- PLEASE ADVISE OF A SOLUTION

While applying the brake at the stop light. (25 to30 mile speed limit zone) The Toyota hybrid sienna start to accelerate for split 5 or more seconds. I have to apply the brake harder even though I was already applying the brake to slow down because the light was red and the are several cars in front of me. This has been a recall for over 5 months and my van is still not repaired and my two middle seats are unsafe for my children to be in. Toyota and the dealership say there is no fix, but the car is unsafe in the second row per their recommendation.

I have a 2017 Sienna AWD with a UA80 Transmission and the Check AWD System light appeared. I was able to drive it to Towne Toyota in Ledgewood, NJ and they detected the Sienna having DTC Codes P07407E, P27137F and P27567F. They they recommended a transmission replacement costing $9260.84 before tax that I can't afford right now. The transmission went out. It wouldn't shift going 45-55 mph. We stopped at a light and put it into Park, then put it into drive but it wouldn't go. We were stuck at a light in traffic 10:30pm. Rain water leaking into the parked vehicle on the driver and passenger seat belts, potentially weakening the belts and creating odor.

I notice the driver seat had a clip that popped off unto my carpet, when inspected it came off the seat rail. While moving my seat back using the electronic seat lever a white clip with two metal bearings was sticking out, I notice the ball bearings were not in place and had came off the white clip. Yes, it is available for inspection. This pose a safety concern as the seat rails will not function correctly when moving seat or using the memory seat buttons for each driver. I have not brought…
