The BSD or blind spot detection has worked intermittently since purchasing it new. Ive been honked at when merging into other vehicles on the highway several times. There seems to be wear in the fuel lines under the hood. Possibly caused from rubbing against something.

Fuel line is rubbing under the hood. I have seen where this is the cause of fires so I went to check mine and it has been rubbing.

Fuel lines on right hand side of engine bay (when viewed from front of vehicle) show signs of wear due to contact with other components. I am unsure what components exactly, but wear significant enough to cause material removal from EPDM fuel line outer sleeve.

Fuel lines in the engine bay are rubbing against the hood insulation and wearing down. The first generation GR86 fuel lines had sleeves compared to the second generation..

There are two fuel lines on each side of the engine bay, driver and passenger going into the injector rails. One of the fuel lines on the driver side is rubbing on the underside of the hood, when closed, causing marks, and potentially a burst on a fuel lines, causing fires. Myself and others online have noticed unusual wear on fuel lines located in the engine bay. There are 3 fuel lines on the right side of the engine bay to the right of the intake manifold that can become chafed. Because these are fuel lines I find the fact that they have wear to be very concerning and a potential fire hazard
