Camry was sitting at the dealership since the Dec 2025 recall for a loose inverter bolt. Talked to Toyota and dealership multiple times, throughout the process, and kept being told there was no remedy and that there would not be one for a long time. The vehicle’s front bumper under the passenger side keeps becoming loose with a large noticeable gap even after fixed by the dealership. The contact had received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V869000 (Hybrid Propulsion System); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.

The front bumper under the drivers side headlight is detaching from the car. I brought the car to the dealership, they looked at it, said they pushed the bumper back in but i needed to make an appt. When i came back for the second appt, I was immediately turned away. They stated it was body work and they didn't do that type of work. I was sent to Bob Maloney Collision.
