Rear window shattered on its own.

Passenger side door lock became unresponsive to the vehicle's key FOB, and any attempt to open the passenger side door triggered the alarm system. Shortly afterward, the horn began sounding at random while the vehicle was started and being driven.

Vehicle airbags did not deploy when hitting a solid concrete wall at 50 mph after hydroplaning. Impact was front bumper.

The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the front passenger's side seat belt seized, and the air bag warning light illuminated. I turn on the car with the remote and it doesn't work; then when I try to start the car, it won't start, it gives an error and won't start; it all happens because of using the remote start; they updated the software because they didn't want to replace the engine due to a recall of defective bearings, and now they've made the starting problem worse, claiming it's an injector issue; they scanned it, reset it, and it's working again; so what injector problems does the software say it has??? While driving on the highway, the driver’s side windshield trim detached from the vehicle and became a potential road hazard that could have struck a vehicle traveling behind me. When I brought the vehicle to the dealership for inspection, I was informed that they have seen similar incidents involving this trim piece detaching from multiple vehicles.

While driving an alert appeared on the dash stating engine malfunction. Speed was reduced instantly which was dangerous as I was driving at high speeds on the freeway with traffic behind me. The accelerator wouldn’t work and I had to immediately pull over.

I am filing this formal complaint to request immediate NHTSA intervention regarding Nissan North America’s bad-faith denial of critical safety recall repairs on my 2023 Nissan Rogue. Both Nissan Consumer Affairs and my local Nissan dealership service department are actively misdiagnosing a severe, well-documented engine defect as a secondary issue to avoid their legal obligations under NHTSA Recall Campaigns 26V-080 and 26V-081.
