The local dealership in Montgomery, AL has repeatedly failed to schedule this repair, which involves a high-pressure power steering hose fire risk. Due to a chronic medical neck condition, I have requested email communication, but the dealer has not complied. I am requesting NHTSA's intervention to ensure this federal safety mandate is fulfilled.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a manufacturing defect, specifically premature paint delamination of the exterior, factory-applied, Pearl White paint. The paint is lifting, bubbling, peeling and flaking exposing primer and metal. This damage did not result from impact, environmental exposure, improper maintenance, or misuse.
