In the 35 months that I have owned this vehicle I have had to replace a faulty brake light switch 9 times. I find this extremely unsafe as brake lights are a major saftey feature. This problem has been reproduced and confirmed by the dealer. I do not know if the component has been inspected by the manufacturer. There were warning lights with the vehicle forward looking radar for cruise control and swerve control. This first happened on August 9, 2023.

Half of the speedometer lights as well as dash lights go out while driving. Lights are full lit when vehicle is started but then fail.

On May 3rd my Nissan Armada's airbag system was unable to be repaired and was rendered unusable due to inoperable safety equipment. We were told the part would not be available for repair until at least September of 2026. We have been in contact with a Nissan case manager about possible resolutions to our problem but no acceptable option has been offered by Nissan to date. When I was stopped and taking a turn, the car will not fully accelerate and it feels almost as if the car is stuck in first gear and won't shift. It makes a super loud revving noise and won't go over 15-20 mph. When this happens, I can't accelerate quickly enough to turn safely with oncoming traffic even with a very long distance. Purchased this vehicle in August 2024. A month later car wouldn’t start and the battery died. The dealership replaced it. 14 months later (October 2025) the car wouldn’t start again. My 2018 Nissan Armada has had SO MANY issues (probably 15-20) with not starting when cranked. Something is draining its battery. We have had to change the battery so many times (usually 2-3 times every year or two.) This happens without any notice! We have been stranded in other cities, stores, &/or at work. The infotainment screen is blank after starting the vehicle. Nothing comes up on the display preventing you from using or seeing backup camera, maps, vehicle settings, music, basically anything that would normally be displayed on the infotainment screen. Not being able to access the backup camera limits visibility potentially causing accidents. This has happened intermittently since buying the vehicle in August 2025.
