The heating element on the driver’s seat burned a hole in my seat through my sweater while I was driving. Burning smell was not sure where it was coming from. I almost caused an accident trying to maneuver over off the exit to see that my seat warmer is what was causing the Burning smell almost burned me.

On 5/18, I was reversing into a parking spot and my steering rack completely locked to the right, with no warning and while in motion, causing me to strike a parked vehicle. The car had to be towed and dealership mechanic said steering rack had an internal mechanical failure and needs replacement.
