I experienced severe wheel instability on 3/29/2026 at around 630pm on I74 West while traveling on the highway at high speed. I was forced to perform emergency maneuvers to avoid a catastrophic collision, resulted in a terrifying near-miss incident that required an emergency tow to safety. I am submitting a safety complaint regarding the driver assistance system (ProPILOT Assist) in my 2024 Infiniti QX80. The behavior of this system creates a potentially dangerous driving condition. The contact owns a 2025 Infiniti QX80. The contact stated that the middle seat belt receiver failed to function as intended. Upon inspection, the contact became aware that when the third-row seat was folded under, the seat belt receiver was crushed. No warning lights were illuminated. Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2017 Infinity QX80. The contact discovered a mileage discrepancy after the purchase. The vehicle was a private sale. The seller had an LLC. At the time of purchase, the mileage was 90,743. It was later discovered that the mileage on the Title was 175,074 on January 6, 2026. The third-party warranty company that the contact hired discovered the discrepancy and informed the contact that the vehicle had a branded title.

There is a strong smell of gas on the driver side after I have been driving. Other innfinity QX80 owners reported online with the same model, that this is in fact a recall issue for this make and model, and year. However when i call Infinity, they say they cant find anything on my car. it is not?? however your website clearly lists it as a problem for this particular car?? what do i do next.

Sunroof shattered while driving. If I did not have sunroof cover closed, glass would have fallen on me into car and potentially cause distraction leading to crash. An insurance rep will be inspecting vehicle within the next 3-5 days. No prior warnings before glass shattered.

While driving my Infiniti QX80, 2025 model, the driver's side mirror is constantly shaking and vibrating, especially on uneven roads or at speeds over 40–50 mph. I have been saying that my vehicle is a safety hazard since April 2022. I have had it to the dealer 4x since then in addition to opening up several cases with Inifiniti Customer Service, but nobody has been able to protect my family and I and remedy the situation.
