There are times when driving under 50 mph brake light comes on and the brakes have goes out which cause me to do an emergency pullover turn off the truck for a few minutes and the brakes reset. This is very concerning for me. This has happened on a few occasions.

A subframe is a key structural component of every car. As such, it stands to reason that it should last as long as the car itself. Doing much research on this model suspension and subframes become rusted as I didn’t know this when purchasing making it very unsafe . I experienced being involved in almost 2 accidents. There was previous recall on this vehicle, 10V-074 (Infiniti #R1011) for a fuel sender problem, causing the fuel gauge to be inaccurate. Infiniti says it was fixed in 2010. Unfortunately, I am having the exact same problem now, and have run out of gas twice because of it. Infiniti said they can't help because it was already fixed. My wife was driving home from work, said brake is failing, makes loud grindy, rattling noise when brake is applied. Once the car is turn off and back on, everything is back to normal. When I got home, i took the wheels off to check everything was ok, pads were almost new, which I replaced last year. Drove around for 10 miles no problem. This is a serious safety issue which Nissan/Infiniti should take care of.

The passenger airbag restraint system has failed. Specifically, the passenger seat airbag sensor has failed, meaning there is no current airbag functionality for the passenger in my 2010 Infiniti QX56. There was a voluntary safety recall for (R1606) for Infiniti QX56's with years 2014-2016 for the same fault. Obviously, this is a tremendous life and safety risk and should be resolved by the manufacturer.
