My airbag light came on again recently, without any incident and I am concerned that this means my car is now unsafe. This happened in 2017 and it was a repair that was made without charge. I have now been informed that it would cost over $1,000 to repair, but I think this is a malfunction that should be covered by the Dealer, as there has been an issue with the airbags before.

The contact owns a 2012 Infiniti FX35. The contact stated that on several occasions, while the vehicle was started, there was an abnormal ticking sound coming from the engine compartment. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 98,000.

Ever since I bought my infiniti the air bag light flashed rapidly on the dash. I am the owner of a 2010 FX35 that started having problems in 2023 with just cutting off in the middle of driving. I took the vehicle to the dealership last year in which they told me the car required an update and the reprogrammed ECM and bumped up RPMS. Hello dear infinity company. 1 problem is the seat belts, they don't tighten back. Problem 2: the headlights are very poorly lit and there are internal microcracks, the lamps are standard. Problem 3: Cruise control sometimes does not work and does not brake when approaching a vehicle. 4 the problem of moisture getting into the headlights and internal microcracks
