Hyundai XG350

I noticed a clunking when stopping. My hired Mechanic claims the engine cradle is rusted through and needs replacement. I read it had a recall for this vehicle. 2004 Hyundai XG350 4 door sedan

The under body frame and oil container rotted and the frame came apart. Problem was noticed with oil change. I noticed that all of these models years were recalled except 2005 ... why not? They were virtually the same car. I want a repair or a rebate for this manufacturer problem since I have less then 100000 miles on this 15 year old car.

1) The vehicle idle is too high. It jerks forward every time I'm at a stop then I want to go forward. I have almost ran into the back of other cars while waiting at a stop sign. 2) The bolts and Subframe is coming detached from the car. It has been confirmed by dealership and franchise auto repair places (2 of them) that the car motor is knocking around and the subframe is loose! Car was inspected at mechanic during a routine oil change. Mechanic stated that the frame was rusted, which could affect the ability to safely operate the vehicle. I did a search and discovered that similar damage was noted in a recall 09-01-020 dated July 2009. Unfortunately, my vehicle was not included in the recall due to the manufacture date, but the same problem as the ones included in the recall exists.

THE ENGINE CRADLE IS RUSTING OUT IT MAY AFFECT THE STEERING CONTROL AND MAY CAUSE A MAJOR ACCIDENT. THE CONTROL ARMS ARE MOUNTED TO THE ENGINE CRADLE.

THE TORQUE CONVERTER & TRANSMISSION FLUID PUMP ARE KNOWN TO BE DEFECTIVE IN THIS TRANSMISSION, THE F5A51 MITSUBISHI/HYUNDAI TRANSMISSION. MINE STARTED GOING OUT RECENTLY, AT 75K MILES! THIS PROBLEM/DEFECT IS ALSO VERY WELL KNOWN TO HYUNDAI/KIA/MITSUBISHI AND THEY CHOOSE TO IGNORE THE ISSUE & INSTEAD TRY TO BLAME THE OWNERS & CLAIM THAT WE'VE BEEN NEGLECTFUL OR ABUSIVE TO THE TRANSMISSION WHICH IS SIMPLY NOT THE CASE.
