I was driving at a low speed (10-15mph) with a safe distance between me and the vehicle in front of me when the semi truck in front came to an abrupt stop. I reacted appropriately by pressing on the brake, however, my car accelerated into the vehicle instead. None of the emergency brake systems activated including the automatic emergency braking and front collision warning, which lead to my car driving into the semi-truck.

Cluster information panel failed after software update was already completed. Update completed at approximately 8500 miles, failure happened at just under 15,000 miles. Currently in the shop having entire cluster panel replaced.

While driving, the infotainment screen (to the right of the driver) begins to flicker. Often if turns completely black and reboots. On at least one occasion, it did not come back on at all for the remainder of the trip. The flickering movement is extremely distracting. The loss of navigation is obviously a problem if you don't know where you are and were relying on it. It is dangerous, could result in injury or death, and should trigger a recall. My wife was driving my SUV while I was a passenger. We were in the left lane, and put the left turn signal on while traveling south bound approaching an intersection to take a left turn (traveling approximately 3-5 Miles Per Hour and slowing) at the traffic light (traffic light was green). I have a 2017 Hyundai Tucson with a 1.6 turbo engine, and I have been experiencing massive oil consumption. Oil is coming out of the tail pipe with occasional big puff of smoke out of the tailpipe. Skipping and hesitation during acceleration, rough cold start, I have previously had the check engine light on with a multiple misfire code. Two instances of the center screen malfunctioning. One was an intermittent blip of the screen turning black and then turning back on while driving. Additionally, during this same instance of the intermittent blip of the screen turning off for about 3 seconds, my headlights which are set to auto also turned off while I was driving at night and then blipped back on when the screen came back at the same time. Reverse and front cameras are not functioning. When put in reverse, no camera view is shown and when put back in drive, no camera is shown. Also, no cameras work for parking assistance. Screen says No Camera Signal. This is occurring every time I put it in reverse or park. Car has 750 miles on it and is 3 weeks old.

My cameras (front and back) show blue or green signal error screens intermittently. Dealer was not able to replicate, so basically told me to bring it back when it happens all the time. Google search told me that this is a widespread problem, some dealer somewhere must have been able to replicate the issue. Unable to use cameras to monitor for traffic and/or pedestrians. The instrument cluster malfunctioned suddenly leaving the control panel completely black (no odometer, speedometer, speed range, turn signal indicators, etc.). The driver was therefore unable to know what speed they were driving, how much fuel remained, and lacked any sort of signal that turn signals/blinkers were on or off.
