While driving my 2015 Chrysler 200, the vehicle randomly shifts into neutral without the driver initiating any gear change. Prior to this occurring, all dashboard warning lights illuminate simultaneously and the odometer display starts blinking so many lights — these appear to be warning signs of an electrical failure that then causes the transmission to shift into neutral while driving and sometimes even not able to shift gears. The horn will honk sporadically and will not start at times then wipers will malfunction. Had tipm looked at was told it is normal for this to go out, bad design.

I took my vehicle in for service because cylinder 6 had a misfire and the dealership told me that the Catalytic Converter failed internally and stated it can happen at anytime and it sends metal into the engine causing damage.

The brake booster corroded and the vacuum lines were damaged due to the corrosion causing the brakes to go out on the freeway. There is an active recall on the brake booster but when brought to chrysler they state the vin is listed in Canada (I live in Indiana in the USA) and not effected yet the part numbers match, there is no water shield that is supposed to be there and chrysler refused to take care of the issue that I had to spend 750 out of pocket. Airbags deployed 15+ seconds after impact. Passenger airbag deployed from the top of the dash and hit the windshield causing the windshield to shatter.

I am reporting multiple safety-related issues involving my 2016 Chrysler 200 S. On 02/06/2024, after an oil change at a dealership, the underbody skid plate bolts were not reinstalled. While driving, the skid plate fell and I lost control of the vehicle, creating a serious safety hazard. No warning indicators were present prior to this failure.
