2013 CHRYSLER 200
Filed Jul 14, 2026
driver's seat headrest deployed while I was driving. I cannot put it back in place because some internal plastic parts have broken off. The passenger seatbelt sensor keeps going off as if the passenger has not buckled the seat belt. The sensor on that same seat keeps going off even if there's no one sitting on that seat.

The contact owns a 2016 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that whenever the front passenger's seat was occupied, the Service Airbag warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the failure occurred when the occupants placed their feet near the front passenger footwell area, where the airbag module and wiring harness were located. The contact routinely disconnected and reconnected the airbag wiring harness to reset and clear the warning light from the instrument panel; however, the failure…

I purchased this vehicle believing it was safe to drive. After the sale, I discovered that the driver's seatbelt was completely broken and not properly secured. This serious safety defect was never disclosed to me before I purchased the vehicle. Had I known about this issue, I would not have purchased the vehicle or would have required it to be repaired before the sale. Selling a vehicle with a defective seatbelt without disclosing the defect put my safety and the safety of my passengers at…

The vehicle has suffered a total failure of the passenger seat jumper wiring harness, which has completely deactivated the entire Supplemental Restraint System (SRS / Airbag system) and triggered the airbag warning light. This is a known manufacturing defect covered under an active Technical Service Bulletin (TSB). A certified Chrysler dealership previously performed a paid repair for this exact TSB defect, meaning the replacement safety component has failed prematurely. The vehicle is…

While driving my 2015 Chrysler 200, the vehicle randomly shifts into neutral without the driver initiating any gear change. Prior to this occurring, all dashboard warning lights illuminate simultaneously and the odometer display starts blinking so many lights — these appear to be warning signs of an electrical failure that then causes the transmission to shift into neutral while driving and sometimes even not able to shift gears. This has occurred multiple times at normal road speeds and…

I took my vehicle in for service because cylinder 6 had a misfire and the dealership told me that the Catalytic Converter failed internally and stated it can happen at anytime and it sends metal into the engine causing damage.
2011 CHRYSLER 200
Filed Apr 28, 2026
The brake booster corroded and the vacuum lines were damaged due to the corrosion causing the brakes to go out on the freeway. There is an active recall on the brake booster but when brought to chrysler they state the vin is listed in Canada (I live in Indiana in the USA) and not effected yet the part numbers match, there is no water shield that is supposed to be there and chrysler refused to take care of the issue that I had to spend 750 out of pocket. When I stated the part matched the…
