Cadillac XT6

Vehicle stalled while driving on a busy road creating a very dangerous situation. Could not put it in neutral to push it out of the road; it was partially in the road for over an hour. Had to have it towed to replace the fuel pump and fuel pump control unit. Found two recalls after the incident and was told by Cadillac that my VIN was excluded. 1. Fuel Pump Assembly Recall (N202314760 / NHTSA Campaign 20V639) Fuel Pump Power Control Module Recall (N252516900) Out of pocket expense was $1173.97

The vehicle has had breaking issues since I purchased it in September 23, 2023. On April 26, 2025 the car completely shut down while driving it for no apparent reason. Took it to the certified Cadillac dealer (see picture). Said, it was fixed. May 11, 2026 started doing it again while driving, turning, backing up or at a light. The contact owns a 2021 Cadillac XT6. The contact stated that while reversing, the rear-view camera intermittently displayed a blank image. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure and informed the contact that the contact had to pay for the rear-view camera software update. Transmission jerking and has become unsafe to drive. Will have to go back to the dealership for this issue. This will be the third time 4 same issue.

6700 miles on 2025 XT6 had an oil change a month ago. Noted red fluid leaking on driveway on 02-10-26. Immediately notified dealer. Brought car to Camargo Cadillac 9876 Montgomery Rd Cinti OH 513-402-2905. Brought car in 9:15 am 02-11-26 was informed at 10:00 am that the car is experiencing faulty transmission bolts and it will require lengthy repair including dropping transmission to reach bolts. I have seen numerous complaints online with the same issue yet there is no recall at this time.
