I was driving on the freeway and was between two cars. The car on my right was trying to merge into me. I immediately was breaking while trying to control steering. I attempted to honk three times and my honk horn would not work. In a case of an emergency, that is absolutely unacceptable a car like this should be able to honk.

This is about an issue with the ACC system. While driving with the ACC engaged, it will intermittently disengage and without notification. Then the vehicle applies hard braking. In the past 18 months the vehicle has experienced phantom breaking while driving 3 times. Each time there were no vehicles within 30 or more feet from the vehicle. Stopped at the West Bound Thruway Seneca service area. After returning to the vehicle, multiple error messages were displayed on screen. Have Power Steering Serviced, Service Stabilitrak, Service Headlamps, AWD Tempoarily Unavailable Steering was the main issue. It was almost impossible to turn and steer. It was fortunate that it was after a stop and not while driving. The vehicle was towed to the dealer but it has yet to be determined why the steering failed.

My Cadillac Lyriq 1GYXPZRL1TZ601181 Has dents on the passenger roof rail. There are three dents one above the front door and 2 on the rear door. I discovered the dents on May 17, 2026 and I showed my local dealer on May 18, 2026. I have not been in a hail storm. My dealer said I need to file an insurance claim. Upon further research I have discovered that other owners have reported the same mysterious roof rail dents.
