2025 BMW 330I

Filed May 20, 2026

My car was parked overnight, and the windshield had a huge crack from the bottom left (meeting at the hood) all the way to the middle of the windhsield. There is no sign of a physical impact that caused the damage such as a rock. I took the car to the dealership, and they confirmed it was a clean break and they don't see any impact damage either. They called in BMW North America's master tech to try and approve the warranty claim, and he ultimately denied the claim as I had a radar detector on…

I live in a suburban area of [XXX] where street lighting is sparse. At night, I depend on the rearview camera of my BMW 330i XDrive to help me park or back out of my driveway. When I shift into reverse, the view within the green pathway is acceptable, but visibility outside this area is quite poor, making it hard to clearly see or spot any objects or animals near my car, which raises safety concerns. This limited visibility occupies nearly 65% of the vehicle’s screen space, complicating the…

Good afternoon. I have called and spoken to my local BMW dealership at Grayson BMW service department many times. As of today they report no remedy and have no idea when a resolution will be available. Filing this complaint (second formal written complaint) due to lack of this not being in any sort of timely manner. This recall is noted as an URGENT FIRE RISK WHEN PARKED for almost seven months now. I have parked the car outside and through the winter and now getting into the summer. In…

2017 BMW 330I

Filed Apr 7, 2026

The defect has left the driver stranded several times and required multiple tows due to the vehicle becoming unsafe and inoperable. On one occasion, the vehicle broke down after a 2.5-hour drive away from home and had to be towed because the overheating and coolant leak issue made it unsafe to continue driving. The vehicle is operated in a region where summer temperatures frequently exceed 115°F, which significantly increases the safety risk associated with repeated overheating and roadside…
