Coolant Control Valve was not working per recall !! They put in a dummy plug and it did not fix which should have . Based on your research in using the dummy plug . The infotainment screen is malfunctioning through (i) screen cracking/webbing from the inside and (ii) ghosting, i.e., random system reboots and control changes (including volume increases). The ghosting malfunctions occur when driving and can be incredibly distracting and jarring because they are unexpected and randomly occur. Crack in Cylinder Head of engine. Mazda has been sued about this and have issued recalls on turbo engines, but not on non turbo ones though its the same systemic design issue with these engines. Wants me to pay 5-7k out of pocket.

The rear subframe rusted out and my control arm broke off! This is extremely serious and because there is no recall I’m going to have to buy an another vehicle. Please issue a recall. I’ve read forms about this and many others have had the same issue with the rear subframe corroding and rotting out.
