The contact owns a 2020 Lexus UX 250H. The contact stated that while driving approximately 40-50 MPH, the sunroof shattered without impact. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with a spontaneous tempered glass failure. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 50,370.

Driving on highway, torrential storm started, difficulty seeing with windshield wipers going, slowed and attempted to move to slow lane. Car hydroplaned, did 360, and hit guard rail. Airbags did not deploy. Report from collision company with pictures. No warnings etc prior to wreck. Car was totaled.

I am filing an urgent safety complaint regarding a defective Bridgestone tire on my 2021 Lexus UX250h, purchased new in 2021. Tires came new with car in 2021. The two front tires are chunking. Back tires appear to be fine.
